This is a nail bitter. It's a really crisp shot but the fact that it says don't photograph an eagle makes me not want to give it a high score. Ughhh I'll have to vote on the whole challenge and come back to this one.

Came back to bump this photo. I originally had this at a 4 because I thought the challenge description said that submissions should not be of an eagle. On review though, I notice it says photogs could photograph something other than an eagle. Sorry for the oversight, I have scored your photo a 6 now. Good luck :)

I despise these Eagle shots. They are such a DPC cliche. This does however suit the challenge so I'll have to like this one I guess. Nicely composed. DOF is good but we seem to be lacking detail in the lower feathers which is a shame because it takes our attention a bit
