Looks like Brasil. Good composition and idea, just a bit softer than what I usually like. The lighting used made the ballons look washed and without depth. 6.

What a lovely, dream-like shot. I just love the processing on this - nice and sharp on the girl, soft on the balloons, and then like an impressionist oil painting on the water. Love it.
