Congrats on the top10! Would you mind to share how you ended up with that color palette?
Just a few filtered masks and then brushing the colors to my liking. The sky was fairly close except for the horizon which I helped in the red department. The water was originally more blue than green. I wanted the scene to be quite believable. I think that unless you knew the spot, you would probably know the water isn't green, but hey, many places in the world it can be green. ;-)
Great shot of La Jolla! Just after sunset? There have been some nice colors to the evening sky lately. Best time of year for photography here in my opinion.
This evokes a feeling of quiet serenity and peace. It has the colours of the Rainbow contained within it in a unique presentation, not just a direct arc. It is joy to view and a different way of interpreting the challenge. Beautifully done.
Interesting use of selective hue (at least it looks to be). It lacks sharpness at least in one point. I don't like also the centered horizon (or almost). I give 4 for the use of the colors.
