An out of focus plaque does not define the spirit of any country. Sorry, Huge DNMC IMO.

Excellent subject and meets the challenge well. A few critiques would be it's a little out of focus, and the crop is a little tight on the plaque on the left side. Otherwise, the colors are great!

not voting....if this were more in focus it would be awesome, its still good but needed to think more about the composition, what's the location on this??
