F2.8 is the ring that is always on my LB. I like/prefer the extreme blur. Once in a while I'll change. On this night I only took about 20 shots and never changed.
I love this one. Normally, I think the lensbaby @2.8 is a bit too much, but it works out great in this one.

We certainly have some similar views, although this one for me is from childhood - we had a papermill in our small town that was the end point of many scouting canoe trips.
I really like how the color on this jumps out. The LB effect gives it a miniaturized/toylike look, which is fun. Nice catch!
