I can feel for those stuck in traffic, but otherwise I'm not particularly moved by this shot. I would like to see a reworking of it and see what improvements could be made. Perhaps differences in framing and DOF.

It meets the challenge, but that's about it.
Also it lloks like there are raindrops on your windshield.
It just looks like a point and click photo, try to think a bit more how to capture people with your photo's
