If you're interested, this is a light-up sword like they sell at the circus our nighttime events. Each button press activates a different pattern.
I sat this on my work surface with it flashing colors and then moved the camera from far back to up close, spinning the entire camera at different intervals. Long exposure as well.
Like the "nebula" look of it. Alas the voters did not :)

Well, my in-challenge comment sure proved me a liar, eh? It got a 7 from me. This was a strange challenge and my own votes did not line up with the final placement.
This is pretty interesting...except for the black protrusion, very distracting. Would love to see this re-cropped, or re-shot to minimize or remove it...if possible.
