This was shot with one Q flash off camera right. Hand holding and spinning the camera. I liked the crop off center, it was orginally centered to keep her in focus as much as possible. Didn't even know about the challenge and didn't expect to do great but I really like it.

Nice. I am looking forward to reading how you did this. I am guessing you moved the camera then had her enter the frame while holding the camera steady long enough to get good exposure, or perhaps got the good exposure on her then had her leave frame and move camera? Or hit her with a flash at some stage during the exposure. either way it is a nice effect and from what I have seen so far, I would expect to see this finish on the front page or very close.
Doing that twist technique unscrewed an element in my Canon 24-70 over time and the focus really got soft. I just had Canon recalibrate and tighten up a loose element in that lens ($123 plus shipping) and it is as sharp as ever again. But it is a good City Streets technique - though a bit haphazard in getting a good result. I like this one.
