Thank you for the nice comments and for the ribbon.
The kids are not full silhouettes (as opposed to the 'photographer') thanks to the flash. The setup is simple, the flash is triggered by the real camera via radio, so, I only had to time the kids perfectly as the flash burst had to show every time. Thanks a million to my son (the 'photographer') and my grandchildren Joey and Chris, they worked hard and jumped about 20 times until I got the final shot.

Good shot. I like how you have silhouetted the photographer but not the children. Your sky is nicely exposed and adds some nice color to the scene.
But you titled it Strobist! Get that flash off camera!
It is.
The title is "The Strobist" so one might assume you are portraying said strobist in the shot. The strobist's speedlight is not off camera, hence my good humored gibe.
Either way, great shot and congrats on the ribbon.
Actually you'll see that the flash is so far off camera that it's in the actual shot. It may be mounted to a Nikon, but it's off the camera that's snapping the picture.

Absolutely fabulous use of strobe lighting and subject positioning to create an image that feels like you're the onlooker, but really they're all actors.
