I cheated. My wife held the leaf just above the frame. I focused from there. I had nice baclight but I did a couple of test shot to get the light I liked. Thanks for the kind words. =)

AWESOME! one of the nicest and most unique foliage shots I've seen..I always wish I could do this but never seem to have my cam when they're falling..

this is definitely one of my favorites in this challenge...matter of fact...I will have to pick it as a fav...everything about this picture is well done...
