 Driving to Downtown Albuquerque looking for action – camera in car on tripod – coppers on the left, three squads pulling over some bad guy – car on the right is flashing by is only 5 mph faster than I, I’m going only about 12 mph.

That is kind of like saying that if a person is holding the camera, the camera isn't moving the person is. I would think anything that moves the camera from it's starting position (relative to the earth itself - gotta exclude those cosmic movements) while the shutter is open would be considered camera movement.

I guess this picture has much to do with Einstein's theory of "reletivity". Is it camera motion or is it MINI motion?? =)
