Very nice! I like the way the top of the dam / bridge is parallel with the top of the shot, which then put all else perspective tilted. Beautiful lighting, and nice interest with the water stains down the sides of the pillars / arches.
C'mon Jeb, at this point a high score from you is pretty common. A great entry. It got a 9 from me. (Um, can I have a couple of those points back? Y'see, mine is somewhere in the bottom third, and I really need them...)
Very well done! The post processing is very appropriate and the angle is picked to perfection. It would not have hurt to not have the background in focus but this is very nitpicky. 7
