I like the toning and the overlapping frames. May not be a powerful triptych, since the two bottom photos are two similar and do not add anything else.
This is almost good enough to be in a hair styles guide at a beauty shop. With advanced editing, you'd have been able to do the little clean-ups of blemishes, etc. Interesting use of hues to convey different moods.
