I think I would move the frame to the right slightly. This would eliminate the half post on the left and include the clipped lamp on the right.

A bit soft and the details are not coming across clearly. I do not see an y compression artifacts, however your file size of only 70k suggests there may be some JPEG compression taking away a bit of clarity here. Compression kills detail. Always adjust JPEG compression so that your file size is as large as possible, but within the challenge limit. (150k for this one)
