I think there will be a few comments about the tilt, but it's an integral part of the photograph. I wanted the window frame to parallel the standing crane, and it also helps to give the sense of weight from "progress". I wish there was better separation of the new construction from the background. I'm guessing this will receive an average score.

Not really sure that the window frame really adds to the overall photo. The black and white processing does work well here. You have both true white and black, without large overexposed areas, which is always the challenge in these photos. The large sky area does not quite have the interest to really take up this much of the photo, as the subjects, the cranes, are pretty small here........
