A rusted cast iron bull. His left horn is missing and he has a screw in place of it, though that can hardly be seen in this shot. I find that unique flaw to be appealing.
Pre-challenge notes:
Abstract imagery tends to have a hard time outside of abstract challenges. I figure this will start off in the high 4's and end up somewhere in the low to mid 5's.
Anticipated critiques:
-Can't figure out what is is.
-Bit of fluff in the lower right
Post-challenge notes:
I expected to find an overwhelming amount of 5's after rollover, but instead found the usual spike in the 5's with a somewhat equal distribution of high and low votes on either side. I didn't expect the semi abstract nature of the shot to appeal to all, but I was pleased to find it did have strong appeal for quite a few folks.

Funny how abstract just doesn't work in some challenges. I like the way this came out. Good colors, good lighting (imo) and it clearly meets challenge. Should have scored better...
I'm still trying to figure out the challenge, but I liked the pic. Did you experiment with the light? Maybe less harsh and broader coverage? Just trying to figure out what I would have done with it.

I couldn't recognize the subject without your title. A little more lighting on the front side would've provided more definition, at least on my monitor.
