Fire breathing is the act of creating a large flame by spraying, with one's mouth, a flammable liquid upon an open flame. The flame is usually held an arm's length away and the spray should be both powerful and misty. This art is said to have originated in India
The stunt this fire-breather is performing is known as the "Napalm Dragon's Breath".
Shot this at the Singapore Night Safari. This guy is great but crazy !!!! The way he controls his breath and spray of flammable liquid is downright unbelievable.
ISO1250 shot, pumped up the ISO to get a nice 1/320s shutter speed as this was shot hand-held.
Hope you all like it. I do and I hope this shot really does well. Break a 7 hopefully. It has been a dry spell these past couple of months.

What a fantastic shot. Huge congrats on the Red, and if I find out who gave this a 1, I'm going to take them out back and do things to them they haven't dreamed possible.
I'm late in my congrats -- congrats!! spectacular shot, I had given it a 10! It must have been hard to control the shot and not get overexposed. Well done!!
this is an unbelievable shot .. the patterns formed by the flames at the top of the image are incredible .. looks almost impossible .. if you look long enough strange and wonderful creatures start to form ..!! .. congratulations on such an amazing shot, your ribbon and excellent score . :)
Oh WOW, Andrew!! Wow! I got a photo like this once (only not nearly as good) and remember thinking "Where's a fire challenge when you need one", but this one sets the bar now about how good they have to be :) CONGRATULATIONS.
Wow! This image is increadible in every way.. I love the detail you captured in the flame.. especially in the top right corner.. and the drips of sweat or blood comming down his chest.. Definatly top 3.. (10 for me)
