I have used this prop earlier too. When this challenge was announced, I had this shot in mind. I didn't have detached mirror for this shot. So I moved lights, camera, nackground, tripod every thing to the bathroom. I hanged the porp on the mirror on the wall and shoot from the side to get reflection.

I figured we'd see a few like this in the challenge, or at least this approach. What I like about this is the NON-use of a plain white or black background. Would like to see both pieces in focus like the one on the right is (left seems to be a little farther back and the back of the curls are OOF). Best of luck to you in the challenge.
