I took this as a quick snapshot while visiting Seattle recently. Had I thought that I'd be able to use this for a challenge I would probably have spent more time to look around the edges and try and get a better angle. But a crop helped a bit to bring out the twistiness... wish I could go back and re-shoot though!

Very cool piece(s) of sculpture. B&W was the best choice...I think you're trying to show too much here however. Just getting one of those curls with the metal behind it would have been a way stronger presentation. Too much other "stuff" going on in the background (light poles, hand rails, etc...).
