 An egret that lives around the dock at World Wide Sportsman, in the Florida Keys. He is not exactly tame, but will allow you to get within about 10 ft. They can easily impale a medium sized fish with that beak, so I don't think that I would want to try to hand feed one.
AF Nikkor 180/2.8, no filter. Crop and basic adjustments.

Very cool to be able to get so close! I love the light coming through the beak. Egrets around me are quite skittish. I have much better luck getting close-ish to herons.
