 The focus on this is definitely off - whether it's off enough for this challenge ???
Cropped down from much larger image.
Duplicate layer, blend multiply at low opacity, a little blurring, dodging and sponge, tweaking of brightness/contrast and saturation,cloned out small highlight in top right corner.
