Monterey Aquarium? I think it would be a better photo if you had metered for the people (and not the water).

A very nice silhouette. Good capture on the fish as well, which can be difficult in low lighting.

Only a guess... was this at the Tampa Aquarium? It would have been a much better shot if you could have centered the windows.
