This was shot on my way hope from a weekend trip. I had my camera ready while driving and just snapped pictures out my windows :\. I'm sure the image size doesn't do the picture justice.. oh well

Fun shot here, I am not sure i am seeing the HDR in this image. Reading your notes also seem to confirm this. HDR is usually 2 or more shots that are blended together. BUT in saying that, the old fashioned way was using your exposure , highlights shadows, contrasts and I think you may have gone this way. As I am pretty sure that shooting from a speeding car would be hard to get 2 or more shots the same!
You have amazing sharpness here, the clarity is spot on. The cyans do seem just a tad cyan. Your POV is fair, I think if you had cropped up to the fence and had the sky as the main focal point this would have scored a little higher. Your DOF is excellent with everything in focus.
