overall too dark, would have been more interesting if the sparkles were reflected in the number instead of being behind it

This shot just doesn't quite work for me - it seems too cluttered and for some reason the word "dirty" keeps coming to mind. There's no good resting place for my eye and I spend too much time trying to make sense of the photo.
