The unfortunate Rubber Band Worm happened across the cutting teeth of the sinister Tape Roll. Within minutes, the worm is wrapped tightly in a cellophane crypt and is completely digested by the time work begins the next morning. This answers the question about why I can never find a rubber band when I need one.
Ahhh the Tape Roll, ever so patient waiting in its corner for a hapless victim which in this case is a rubber band aka, elastic. I'm glad you didn't post any more images of the mess of rubber band guts the Tape Roll left behind. Thank you.
Looking forward to the explanation of why I can rarely find a pair of scissors around my house. Except for the once or twice a year, when a dozen of them show up in my pencil cup at once. (Mating and reproducing?)
