This is downtown Reykjavik and there is a member of the parlament walking his dog at top of the photo if you look closely. The girl in the left corner on top of the image is staring at the dog. But the main subject of the image are all those lines as you can see with the red path as the main attraction. It was late afternoon and the sun gave some extra lines of shadows.
Cropped in Lightrooms, some color adjustment as well, exported to PS where I used levels, curves, stroke, resized, sharpened and saved for the web.
