Oooh, very enjoyable abstract. I love green and you have a very nice hue here. The abstract flows well with the heavier (larger) band on the left being balances by more smaller bands. Overall I get a sense of fantasy. The wood is real, yet offers the hope of the fantastic. Fairies, magic, etc.
Having looked at this for a bit I think people suspected a PS filter because you seem to have 2 layers here, the sharp background one then the more blurred foreground one.
This image reminds me a lot of your other similar shot "Autumn Impressions", which when I came to your profile was the first one that jumped out at me, but when I went to comment on that I discovered I already had :)
This is another great example of that style of shot, what I particularly like about this one is the solid grey trees amidst all that rushing green!
Sometimes folk think "filter" and other times they recognise the technique (and possibly p*ss all over it anyway, lol). Weird, since this one did very well considering:
I love this... The longer you look at it, the more you see.. Plus, if you look long enough, it begins to move... 10 for me.. I know many will miss it, but worry not... It's appreciated !!!!
Hmm - this is an interesting "painted" look. I like it. I'd be more apt to give a higher score if I knew it was done in-camera and not just a blur filter. I'll go 7.
