 Practically straight from RAW, really. Fairly extensive work on tones in RAW, then a touch of shadow/highlight in CS3, followed by a touch of Topaz Detail, not much at all. A hint of hue/sat to tone down some blue highlights, a smidge of crop, et voila :-)
