Tacoma's urban glow illuminates the clouds over Carr Inlet on southern Puget Sound, while lights from the Tacoma Narrows Bridge and structures on Fox Island and in the towns of Steilacoom and Lakebay can be seen over the water.

This reminds me of nights spent out in the Fl Everglades. You can use the glow of the cities to stay oriented when it's too cloudy to see the stars. Thanks for the reminder.
