This is just a glass of soap bubbles with the image rotated 90 degrees. The glass is opalescent, which gave color to the bubbles. It was shot in natural light from a window, hence the reflection on the side of the glass.
I adjusted the hue of the image and ran it through Topaz Clean 2, which gave more definition to the edges of the bubbles.

the flair from the light on the lower right is a little distracting and it is a little underexposed on the left...what I like about this shot is that it looks like flames jumping all around...good job
