i see a round figure and the fact that the meter is going around non-stop but to me it's doesnt have much inpact.

nice idea, but if the meter were more of the main subject, it would have scored higher, 5.

That power meter has so many circles inside of it, maybe try tightening up the shot and make the meter fill the frame.

Interesting bar across the door to the main breaker. Guess they didnt notice you can lock the door with the tab on the bottom. Being an electrician by trade I look at certain things a bit different.

I like the photo too. Its natural monochrome is exploited by the noon (ish) day sun coming almost straight down.

not quite enough "circle" to this...(although I would argue that when I get my next electric bill!!) maybe if you had focused on the dial more...gotten closer you would have had several circles at the same time
