Might want to use NeatImage a little less extremely. The over softening of this portrait makes the composition too flat.

A clock in the blank space (top left) would have added some impact to this. Great phot, and good composition. Nice work with keeping the shadows hidden/short.

The flash seems harsh on her face. A softer light, from the side, would have seemed more sympathetic. It is well composed, exposed, and focused.
