This was one of 3 images to which I gave a 9. I love the way they are lined up, and your DOF choice too, focusing on the centre one. The negative space of the platform works well too. I'd love more/ better light to add just a touch of saturation and colour but works as is too.

Cool, interesting, i like the low contrast. Foreground pigeon would have looked nicer if more blurred, that would highlight your in-focus pigeon even more.
Very nice use of DOF - has a misty sea-morning kinda feel to it (though if that were the case, one might expect the pigeon cousin, the seagull) and I like that the three here are all marked similarly.
