 This was taken from inside a jail in a basement of the "General-Olbricht-Kaserne" in Leipzig, a former russian military base named after the German general Friedrich Olbricht, who was one of the plotters involved in the attempt to assassinate Adolf Hitler at the Wolfsschanze on 20th of July 1944.
However the base was built much earlier, around 1890 to train and accomodate german troups of the "Deutsches Kaiserreich".
