Not sure if the look of this was an intentional effect or not. I like the out of the ordinary pigeon and the location is a change from the usual cities. Not sure about the processing, though.
I personally don't like the harsh lighting, but I realize you can just ask the pigeon to stay put until the sun moves and the lighting softens... ;) Other than that though, I like the composition and the colors.
