The sun sets so late here in Northern Europe - this photograph was taken at 22:08. I didn't go here with the intention of photographing anything, therefore I just had my compact handy. Still, I like the result.
I significantly boosted the dark areas as well as the saturation, resulting in much more pronounced reflections on the water. Desaturated rocks to remove blue colour mottle noise. Resized and added frame.
I was undecided whether I should edit out the bird at the top right in the distance. In the end I decided to leave it as is - it somehow made that corner more interesting.

I like this shot, I like the fact that the water isn't the soft flowing water, this shot is real to me.
There is a tiny bit of grain in the sky, the colours are saturated nicely, your subject is well defined. It does seem to be a little over sharpened and maybe a bit of a crop at the top would be nice.
