Usually an open cup-shaped flower with three broad white petals, three narrow green sepals, and six conspicuous stamens. The petals have dense brown-yellow hairs near their bases. So, when I observed a lavender Mariposa Lily today, I made an effort to capture the color.

There's a lot going on in the center of that flower! Interesting subject and well captured. Crop feels a little off to me; think I might like more room on the top and right or an even distance from the edge of the frame left/right/top.
