 I took this photo of an ordinary pen, lying on the table. There was a strong natural light source (window) in the back. I liked the fine detail and perspective of the final photo. Especially for a camera without LCD display and manual focus!

That fabric is in better focus than your pen is. Try readjusting your a/f.

A nice shot, but not very interesting. Perhaps if you had cropped tightly around the pen, it would be.... more to the point!
