Great IDEA!! I would absolutely love this image if it had some kind of shadow cast on the surface. It would give the blocks a sense of space. Awesome shot, will score high.

I like how simple the composition is here. The tiny sliver of shadow is just enough to ground the blocks. A huge drop shadow would not have worked, I don't think. Maybe a little bit more of a reflection...maybe.
