Well done. This is a very nice shot, and an excellent example of how to use selective desaturation effectively. Composition is good, however, it may have suffered in voting a little because of the background behind the feet (is it a bush or grass area?)... a uniform background (all asphalt or all grass) may have fair a little better.

The rope is almost too sharp. a motion blur on it would have added to the dynamics.
