 The Water Front Blues Festival. Temperature in the 90's. The festival itself is onshore in the upper right. When the weather is hot like this year, lots of boats stake claim in front of the festival area where they can enjoy the music, water, and sun. Photo taken from the vantage point of the Hawthorne Bridge.
