levels, curves, a black and white adjustment on the green setting, I actually got the exposure right in camera. It's pretty much black behind this branch.

There once was a dark old vine

Sorry...I don't know how to write Haiku...or very good limericks for that matter, but I owed you one anyways...;-)
Personally I think that the line from the thin branch isnt interesting enough to be the main motive. If the line was leading to something, something that catches the viewers focus - it would have been better. But in this case it is the flower, but it is to small and out of focus to make it interesting.
