I am not sure where the focus lies here, as the woman seems to be a bit blurry all over. I also suspect that you over used some of the sliders in your photoediting software as there are obvious strange outlines surrounding the hand in the front.

The subject pose is really great.
Because of the positioning of the subject, I would either have cropped more tightly on the left or shit the subject to the left.
A bit more sharpness could have been added, but that's personal taste.
