I love Image Grain challenges. I have to say this is a bit of a shoehorn being the best shot of the weekend that would work with an image grain treatment. I generally like to invoke melancholy with image grain, but this picture isn't too awesome for that.
That being said, nobody is going to accuse me of not having grain in my entry... :)

If this wasn't the famous DRAchoo with many, many, many, many ribbons, I would have felt sorry for you. But I'm sure you will be adding more ribbons. BTW, good photo and I hope you continue to compete and help others with your advice.
perfect, the composition of the sun in frame is perfect for drawing the eye, and the person only adds so much more to the shot, i really hope this is doing well for you. i hope to see it near the top.
