The worms look obscene! Am I seeing right that the worm has supposedly melted a hold through the envelope?
Somehow the lighting on this is off IMO - not that it is bad, but I'm not sure about what you've chosen to highlight... I think it is related to the mood of the picture (with the lighting) seems to conflict with the content of the picture. The shot almost feels menacing, but the lighting says "cheerful and OK" - if that makes any sense.

Ahhhh, first shot I've run across advertising the mystery gel. The lighting is really good here and the composition is well done. Good idea.
