I was invitied on a little scenic flight over the south part of Iceland. Of course I said yes. Filled my cards with raw files and had to change over to jpg's towards the end. This one was a jpg and quality was not 100% but I hope it´s good enough :-)
Messed around with it in Lightroom and exported to 640.

ooh, this is nice, the green is very lush and I like the cloud shadow along with the rays of light. Maybe a tad too much neatimage on the wing and sky?
This is a beautiful image. I really like the composition and the point of view. It reminds me of my honeymoon when my wife and I went on a helicopter tour in Hawaii! The greens are beautiful as well. I just wish it was bigger. :(

This has all the elements of a great High-Contrast Photo,...almost, as well as almost Hyper-Focal Distance, and eschatological encouragement on so many levels! Honestly, the "almost" is not a negative, but a real Plus that makes this photo similar IMHO to the Great Brush Artists of the early twentieth-century who consistently thought "outside of the box."
