Challenge: Free Study 2009-06 (Advanced Editing VII)
Camera: Canon EOS-50D
Lens: Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8 L IS USM
Location: Front garden in Ringwoo, UK
Date: Jun 23, 2009
Aperture: f/5.6
ISO: 800
Shutter: 1/90
Galleries: Nature, Birds
Date Uploaded: Jun 23, 2009

This is a very shy bird - the smallest movement and she has gone. Taken through my lounge window using my x2 multiplier, hand held. She was feeding her fledgling but they moved around too much to capture them together.
Apart from a crop only minimal processing.
I do not expect it to score well in a free study but I was very pleased with it and wanted to share it with you.

it's OK overall...focus point seems to be on the tail...a square crop might have been better as the branch is a little distracting...6
