Bottom part is very dark and top part is very bright. Not a fan of lens flares and b&w.

VERY nice. I love the diagonal lines in the composition... also the juxtaposition of the sun streaks with the shape the top of the tower (or whatever that is)

With this title I think you should've pointed the building exactly towards the sun. Very nice shot though!
