Seems like a peaceful area. Shot seems a bit out of focus without a real subject. Detail in the clouds seems blown out.

The problem here is that the lighting is too harsh and really not "tanquil" enough IMO. Captured at a different time of day with softer light & converted to a suitable duotone may be better IMO. 5
