A bigfin reef squid (Sepioteuthis lessoniana) descends from open water to the reef at night
Taken on a night dive in the red sea around 14 meters deep. This was extremely hard to shoot so I'm very proud of this. Spotted this guy a few meters away so blinded him with my lights, shooting was hard as its pitch black aside from my strobe light shinning on him, He was constantly moving so I had to follow him in the dark only guessing my depth by the presure in my ears and a quick glance at my dive comp every now and again. You really have to light them up to get the colors out, So camera settings can be difficult to adjust in the dark when you in a rush.
Really hopeing for a good score :-]
